GN:F is a 6-week course designed to give you a working knowledge of what proteins, carbohydrates and fats are, the amount of calories you need to reach your specific goals, and how to follow simple tracking techniques to make this whole process as simple as possible.
A Choice of (A) Live group Zoom (with no more than 8 people) or (B) A recorded video session delivered by myself, for you to follow at your own pace.
24 page booklet sent out to you to accompany the course.
Food guide with meal ideas for you to follow.
6 week beginners, or 8 week intermediate/advanced workout plan with video demonstrations.
Optional dedicated Facebook support group.
Weekly check in call or message for those on the non-live option.
My Name is Lee Carnaby and I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 30 years as a trainer and gym owner. I would like to introduce my new course, “Guided Nutrition Foundations”, which is designed to help those struggling at home during these difficult times.
Many people right now are struggling with Mental Health symptoms, experiencing low moods and anxiety, have disrupted sleep, and are struggling to eat the right foods to enable them to lose weight, or indeed gain weight!
This course is specifically designed to help with all of these subjects and give you a new focus while working with me and having the support of your team members.
GNF is a 6-week course designed to give you a working knowledge of what proteins, carbohydrates and fats are, the amount of calories you need to reach your specific goals, and how to follow simple tracking techniques to make this whole process as simple as possible.
You'll be working in small friendly teams of no more than 8 people (live zoom option) or from recorded video sessions to view at your own pace.
You will naturally form virtual bubbles with the others in the group option and will be encouraged to “get together” on a regular basis to discuss your progress via an optional Facebook group.
Weekly sessions will be delivered by me, via live Zoom or recorded video session - where I will guide you through the process and teach you how to greatly improve your mental and physical wellbeing by simply changing what you eat and when.
We will cover all aspects of calorie requirements and healthy eating for the mind and body.
You’ll learn and understand vital information on macros, vitamins and minerals, and I’ll also be busting some of the myths you’ve been reading about for years!
The aim is that after the 6-week period you’ll be on the track of continuing a lifestyle that works for you and allows you live a happier, healthier lifestyle without depriving yourself of the things you love.
Please note: This is NOT a diet! 30 years of being in this industry has taught me that fad diets inevitably make people feel worse about themselves rather than better. Hardly any of them work, nor are the vast majority of them safe. This is a lifestyle change for people who want to understand what works for them and use that knowledge ongoing.
